We have stayed numerous times at Drews lovely clean, modern apartment which is situated in a safe, quiet gated community minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It has two bedrooms, one with a safety deposit box, a fully fitted well equipped kitchen and an airy shower room with plenty of hot water and pressure. The comfortable lounge has a large television with hundreds of channels and a good wi fi connection. The balcony has the sun for most of the day, two loungers, parasol, a table and chairs and sea and pool views. Drew is the perfect host and his support team are on hand to deal promptly with any queries. We love staying here and have also stayed at Drews other apartment at Jardin Atlantico a few minutes walk away which has one bedroom and is the same high standard.

We stayed here in March/April 2026 and had a brilliant time. Communication with Drew was very easy at every stage of the booking. The apartment has everything that you need for an extended stay. Great wifi and TV package. It’s on a small complex with a very well maintained pool and grounds. Everyone we met there was very friendly. There is a small supermarket on the same street for all your essentials. But the Lidl is easily walkable. So is the harbour/old town with all it’s bars and restaurants. There is a time share complex around the corner from the apartment (Club Las Calas) where anyone can walk in and use the bar and on site cafe that did a great breakfast. We will definitely be booking it again.

I have stayed at this apartment a couple of times now, most recently in March, and I have already booked again for March 2027. The apartment is set within a well-kept, private gated complex with around 24 privately owned apartments. The pool area is lovely and spacious, with plenty of sun loungers available.
The apartment itself is exceptional and offers great value for money. It is clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a brilliant terrace that is perfect for sunbathing. The modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of wardrobe space and a safe provided. The TV is also a bonus, with English channels as well as other language options.
The location is excellent. The main strip is only around a five-minute walk down the hill. For shopping, there is a SPAR about five minutes away if you turn left out of the gate, and you will also pass a small shop that sells groceries. If you turn right and head down the hill, often known as “Cardiac Hill”, Mercadona is just a further five-minute walk away.
A lovely touch on arrival is the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. Overall, this is a fantastic apartment in a great location, and I would happily recommend it.

The apartment is fabulous very spacious and got everything you need and many more extras perfect location could not fault our stay. Sunbeds are not a problem round the pool also have two on the veranda.quite and peaceful apartment block just what we look for .Before we even left we booked 23 days for July 26 thank you for a fabulous stay Drew.

We love the apartment as it is so well maintained and on a great gated complex, so quiet yet really close to both the lively seafront and the old town harbour. Beautiful sea views from the good sized balcony and right next to a good sized communal swimming pool (with plenty of sunbeds)
The apartment has everything we need for our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Probably our seventh stay at Las Orquidias. It is our apartment of choice when in PDC. Clean and tidy. Great view of the sea. We come twice a year now!

6th March 2025. Just returned from our 6 weeks stay in this apartment. This is our third time taking our winter holiday here. Even though we loved it anyway Drew has made several improvements and a lovely new kitchen has been fitted. I cannot praise this apartment enough and my dealings with the owner Drew who has been so helpful with us. The apartment is now like a home from home for us and has everything to make our stay great. Well equipped kitchen with full sized cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. Two good sized bedrooms and nice shower room. Good TV with all the channels you would need.
We will be back again next January.

February 2024. We have just returned from a 6 weeks stay in this apartment. We love it here and was so happy to be staying here again. We come to Lanzarote for our winter holiday every year and it is great to have found an apartment that has everything we need and in a spot in Puerto del Carmen that we love. I love waking up in the morning opening the curtains and seeing the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. It is just a short walk to the action yet in a quiet and peaceful spot. The apartment is clean and well equipped and will be back next year.
